Since ESSE first opened its doors, I've been part of the journey, shaping how the restaurant shares its story. Working with Chef Matt Orlando and the team, I handle everything from concept to creation to managing their social channels. Their leadership in sustainable gastronomy is something I feel genuinely passionate about, and that curiosity comes through in the work.
A personal favorite has been creating the "What's in Those Jars" video series with Matt, which became a signature piece of content and drove a real jump in followers, engagement, and newsletter signups. Translating Matt's intentional approach to food into visuals that feel just as thoughtful has been one of my most rewarding collaborations.
