I first met CREME's founder in Copenhagen 3.5 years ago and became the first person to film remotely for the platform. Over 100 hours of filming later, I’ve had the privilege of working with chefs across Scandinavia and Europe, capturing their passion and techniques for a global audience. What sets CREME apart is its approachability—any chef, at any level, can share their craft and any home cook, no matter the skill level, can follow along. This work has forever deepened my appreciation for cooking and the people who bring it to life.
